Keramische drijfmestpompwaaier
Keramische pomponderdelen zijn gemaakt van siliciumnitride gebonden siliciumcarbide, gericht op slijtage en erosiebestendige werktoepassingen, zoals kolenstroomopwekking, non-ferro gieterij, mijnbouw enz.
Onze keramische pomponderdelen zijn voornamelijk asbussen, waaiers, afdekplaatvoering, keelbus, frameplaatvoering enz.
Materiaalgegevens en voordeel:
Keramiek is gemaakt van Si3N4-SiC ( Siliciumnitride Bonded Silicon Carbide ) is een soort anorganische niet-metalen materialen.
Zijn slijtvaste prestaties zijn 3,13 tijden van Cr15Mo3 met Mohs H ardheid 8,9, alleen na diamant en kubisch boornitride. Vergelijk met soortgelijke producten, onze keramische dichtheid is ongeveer 5% hoger dan die van andere, en dubbele buigsterkte hoger bij normale temperatuur.
De corrosie- en slijtvastheid van keramische slurrypomponderdelen zijn hoger dan die van een hoge chroomlegering. De slijtvastheid van Si3N4-SiC-materiaal is 3,13 keer zo draagbaar als Cr15Mo3. Het gewicht van Si3N4-SiC-materiaal is echter slechts 1/3 van de onderdelen met een hoge chroomlegering .
